# 8. Community, quests, referrals and airdrops

### The Nest

SPAWN's community layer connects creators and participants through project communication, Telegram, X, Medium and the public GitHub documentation. These channels serve different purposes: conversation, short updates, longer explanations and versioned guides.

A project's lasting value to its participants depends on what it does after its initial announcement. Clear updates, accurate public links and responses to questions are part of that work. Platform visibility does not substitute for creator accountability.

### Quests and Spawn Points

Quests support daily check-ins, streaks and creation, wallet or community tasks under the current program rules. Spawn Points are off-chain participation records. They are non-transferable and have no cash or token value.

Points should not be treated as SPAWN tokens or assumed to convert into tokens. Participation does not establish a guaranteed future airdrop. Task requirements and eligibility checks may change as the program develops.

### Trading referrals

The referral program is separate from quest invitations. Its documented default terms award the referrer 25% of the fee SPAWN itself receives on eligible referred bonding-curve trades for 90 days from the referred wallet's first qualifying trade.

The first qualifying referral link applies to a wallet new to SPAWN. Token-page bonding-curve trades count; Spawn Swap, external-app trades and post-graduation trades do not count under those terms. Periodic SOL payouts require at least 0.01 SOL owed. Self-referrals and abusive activity are excluded.

The current referral interface also describes a separate Meteora-paid on-chain instant bonus when the referrer has the necessary wrapped-SOL account and the browser's referral attribution remains active. That bonus is distinct from SPAWN's periodic payout and its reporting totals. The live referral page supplies current conditions and account-setup costs.

Neither component is a guaranteed income stream. Amounts depend on actual qualifying activity and applicable rules. The live page may load updated terms from the service.

### Creator airdrops

SPAWN's airdrop tools allow eligible wallets to join a creator-distribution whitelist and allow creators to distribute creator-supplied tokens under the current selection rules. The documented eligibility paths include holding SPAWN or prior qualifying SPAWN trading, checked when joining.

Wallet control can be verified by a message signature. A whitelist place does not guarantee selection, an allocation or an asset with value. Creator distributions and any platform campaign are separate programs with their own terms.

Creators review the token, recipient selection, amounts and costs before sending. Recipients should evaluate received assets independently; distribution through a tool is not an endorsement of the token.

### Integrity of participation

Useful participation is distinct from manufactured volume, impersonation and repeated promotional spam. Activity limits and eligibility checks can reduce abuse without eliminating it. Communities should keep the confirmed mint and official links easy to find and avoid requests for private wallet credentials.

### Published projects, sharing and moderation

Projects lists published creator pages, including pages without a token. Share links provide page-specific social previews for projects, tokens, NFT collections and news, including eligible token referral links. Report sends content concerns to SPAWN’s private moderation queue; hiding an item does not remove its blockchain record.

### Referral basis with creator fees

The creator’s curve-fee share is paid from the existing trading-fee allocation. Referral percentages continue to apply to SPAWN’s own remaining fee revenue, not the entire trader-paid curve fee. Pool settings therefore affect the base used for referral earnings.

### Wallet participation, creator records and rankings

The Nest accepts a free signed wallet message or an email account. Wallet-based reactions on launched tokens require holdings, while verified participants can post without holding the token; signed-in accounts remain supported. Holder labels describe the posting-time check.

Public creator profiles summarize launches, graduations, trading from others, creator buys/sells and available token locks. The activity Leaderboard separates Traders, Creators, Referrers and Tokens; its metrics are distinct from quest points. Weekly badges change over a rolling seven-day period. Rankings can be influenced by coordinated wallets, carry no reward and do not establish investment quality.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://spawnmeme.gitbook.io/spawnmeme-docs/whitepaper/08-community.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
