# 32. Advertise a project on SPAWN

Prepare creative, review a SOL ad order and follow moderation and payment status.

**Open:** [Advertise](https://spawnmeme.com/advertise). Sign in to SPAWN and connect the wallet you intend to pay from.

## Prepare the ad

1. Choose **Wide banner (728×90)** or **Square (300×300)**.
2. Choose a duration within the current allowed range; the form commonly allows 1–30 days.
3. Enter a valid public HTTPS destination link.
4. Add a headline of up to 60 characters, button label up to 24, and short text up to 110.
5. Optionally upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF image. An image replaces the headline/text creative, so put required visual information in the artwork and inspect the preview.
6. Choose **Preview** and check the ad at its intended proportions and on a small screen.

Provide at least a headline or image. Use material you have permission to publish and an accurate destination. The page disallows scams, impersonation, wallet drainers and other prohibited content.

## Submit and pay

1. Review the current per-day price and total. Pricing is loaded from the service; do not rely on an old screenshot.
2. Choose **Pay \[total] SOL and submit**.
3. Review the wallet's transaction and approve it once.
4. Wait for payment verification and check the order status.
5. Follow the moderation result. Paid duration starts when the ad is approved, not while it waits for review.

Wide and square placements appear in supported discovery/market/token-page positions as described by the live purchase page. Inventory is shared and rotating; an ad is not an exclusive placement or guaranteed number of views. Sponsored content is labelled and is not platform endorsement.

## Status guide

| Status                       | Meaning                                                        |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Not paid yet** | The order has no verified payment |
| **Paid, waiting for review** | Payment verified; moderation pending |
| **Live** | Approved and within its paid display period |
| **Finished** | The approved display period has expired |
| **Not approved** | Review rejected the ad; read the reason and refund information |

## Payment recovery and troubleshooting

Use **Check my payment** if a signature was submitted but the order is still waiting. **Pay again** is only appropriate after confirming the earlier wallet attempt failed or never sent. **Remove** applies to an unpaid order; it is not a cancellation/refund button for a paid campaign.

If an upload fails, verify the format and try a smaller correctly sized file. If pricing is unavailable, wait for it to load before submitting. If rejected, read the stated reason; the UI describes returning paid rejected orders to the original payer, but do not assume an immediate refund until a receipt confirms it. Ask support with the order ID and signature if necessary.

**Success:** the order progresses from verified payment to approval and live display. Seeing a submitted order alone does not mean the ad has been approved.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://spawnmeme.gitbook.io/spawnmeme-docs/feature-guides/telegram-and-promotion/32-advertising.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
