Where a row shows `on / off`, send the full command with one selected value. Do not send the slash-separated alternatives literally. Replace example addresses and amounts with your intended settings.

## Command troubleshooting

Confirm the exact official bot username, spelling, chat context and permissions. Configuration requires a visible group administrator. If several bots share a group, Telegram may show a bot-specific command form; select the SPAWN bot. A stale menu does not necessarily mean a typed command is unavailable; check `/help` and the [setup guide](/spawnmeme-docs/feature-guides/telegram-and-promotion/28-buybot-setup.md).

## Private alerts and service monitoring

| Command          | Where                                                | Purpose                                                      |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `/alert MINT` | Private bot chat | Open alert choices for the supplied token mint |
| `/alerts` | Private bot chat | List active alerts; tap one to remove it |
| `/opsalerts` | Private bot chat; official group administrators only | Enable failure messages for the Buy Bot and Trending refresh |
| `/opsalerts off` | Same administrator context                           | Disable those failure messages                               |

Replace `MINT` with the full token address. See [43. Token alerts in Telegram](/spawnmeme-docs/feature-guides/telegram-and-promotion/43-token-alerts.md) for supported tokens, thresholds and the 20-alert limit.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://spawnmeme.gitbook.io/spawnmeme-docs/feature-guides/reference-and-support/36-telegram-commands.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
